- Can you engrave my logo?
- Please send us your design to support[at]engravedheaven.co.uk alongside your order number. We can handle any file format but pdf, ai, eps are preferable. Jpg and png formats have to be at least 1000px wide.
- Can I modify the design?
- Sure. It does not have to be wedding related. Any text. Any occasion.
- Can I have a mock-up?
- Please drop us an email with your idea.
- How many photo prints can fit in the photo album boxes?
- The boxes can hold up to 80-100 photo prints (250-200gsm photo paper)
- What are the USB’s specifics?
- All USB stick has 32GB storage capacity, USB3.0 interface.
- How quick is the delivery and dispatch?
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Dispatch is usually via Royal Mail.
