Engraved Heaven Trade Account – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available exclusively to professional photographers and creatives who can demonstrate an active business presence. Applicants must provide evidence of professional activity via our application form, which may include a website, portfolio, business social media page.

Engraved Heaven reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Discount & Use

Approved trade customers will receive a unique discount code to be used at checkout.

• The discount applies to all standard products listed on engravedheaven.co.uk.
• Discount codes are non-transferable and must only be used by the approved account holder.
• You must be logged in to the account you applied with for the discount code to work.
• We do not publicly disclose the percentage of trade discount; this information is shared with approved accounts only.
• The trade account is valid for a lifetime (100 years!). Once your application is accepted, we will send the discount code to your email and post a plastic membership card with your name or business name on it to your address.

3. Ordering & Payment

• There is no minimum order quantity or value for trade customers.
• All orders must be paid in full and upfront at the time of purchase.
• We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping

• Orders over £100 (UK mainland) qualify for free standard delivery.
• Orders under £100 will incur our standard shipping fee.
• We do not currently ship internationally.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on trade orders unless a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

6. Misuse & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke trade accounts under the following conditions:

• Misuse of the trade discount (e.g. sharing codes with unapproved third parties)
• Repeated order issues such as abusive language, false claims, or chargebacks
• Attempting to manipulate or bypass the terms of use
• Any other activity deemed dishonest or harmful to Engraved Heaven

We do not place any restrictions on how you use or resell the products you purchase through your trade account.

7. Data Protection

We take data privacy seriously. All information submitted in the trade account application is used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility.

• If your application is approved or declined, any personal/business data submitted is securely deleted.
• We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

Engraved Heaven reserves the right to update these Trade Account Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the account holder’s responsibility to check for updates periodically.
